Is there a free plan?

Answer: Yes! The Free plan is available at no cost.

What's included in Free:

Dow Jones 30 stocks — full access to analysis
Basic screener — find opportunities in DJI stocks
Detailed analysis — charts, seasonality, patterns
Backtest — test strategies historically

No credit card required — just sign up and start!


What does Pro include?

Pro Plan: $19.90/month

Full access to:

  • ✅ 5,000+ stocks (S&P 500, NASDAQ, Russell 2000)
  • ✅ International markets (Europe, Asia, Americas)
  • ✅ Unlimited screener searches
  • ✅ Advanced backtesting
  • ✅ Priority support

Pro is for you if:

  • You trade stocks beyond Dow Jones 30
  • You want access to international markets
  • You need more in-depth analysis tools

Do you offer annual plans?

Answer: Not yet, but we're working on it.

Currently only monthly subscription available: $19.90/month

Planned Annual Plan:

Price: ~$199/year instead of $238.80 (monthly × 12)
Savings: ~$40/year (approximately 17% discount)

Can I downgrade from Pro to Free?

Answer: Yes, anytime.

How to downgrade:

Step 1: Go to Settings → Subscription
Step 2: Click "Cancel Pro Subscription"
Step 3: Confirm cancellation

Result:

  • Pro features remain active until end of current billing cycle
  • After that you automatically switch to Free
  • No additional charges

What's preserved:

Your account and settings
Analysis history
Saved data

What you lose:

❌ Access to S&P 500, NASDAQ, international markets
❌ Advanced screener filters
❌ Priority support

No penalty for downgrading. No hidden fees.


Do you offer refunds?

Answer: Yes, on a case-by-case basis.

We don't offer automatic refunds, but we work with each case individually.

When we refund:

Technical issues — if platform wasn't working
Billing errors — if we charged wrong amount
First-time users — if trying Pro for first time and not satisfied (within 7 days)

When we DON'T refund:

❌ After using Pro features for full month
❌ If you just "changed your mind" after 20 days
❌ If you violated Terms of Service

How to request refund:

Step 1: Email us: [email protected]
Step 2: Subject: "Refund Request — [Your email]"
Step 3: Explain:

  • When you subscribed
  • Why you want refund
  • What problems occurred (if any)

Step 4: We'll respond within 24-48 hours


Can I pause my subscription?

Answer: Not currently, but we're working on it.

Current solution:

If you need a break from Pro:

Option 1: Cancel + Re-subscribe

  • Cancel Pro subscription (Settings → Subscription → Cancel)
  • When you return → Re-subscribe (same page)
  • Your data is preserved

Option 2: Keep Pro, don't use

  • If $19.90/month is acceptable, just keep subscription active
  • Nobody forces you to use platform every day
